Ushers wishing to change their usher dates should call the Arena Stage Sales Office at (202) 488-3300 Monday through Sunday from 10 to 8. Ushers may also change dates by sending an e-mail to usher@arenastage.org. Please include the names of all ushers making the change, your patron ID number, your evening telephone number, the name of the play you are canceling, the date you are canceling, and one date you wish to change to. Please consult the calendar in the Audience Handbook that was sent to you with your usher schedule for the times and dates when shows are taking place.
