There are plenty of metered parking spaces on area streets, as well as over 4,000 free parking spaces in local garages on weekday evenings and all day on weekends and holidays. Metered street parking is generally free after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, and free all day on Sundays.

The closest parking garage to the theater is underneath the Crystal City Marriott hotel. There are two parking garages with side by side entrances on 20th Street: one designated for Arena Stage parking and one for Marriott hotel parking. The Arena Stage parking is free after 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and all day on the weekend. The Marriott parking is not free to patrons at any time. The entrance to the Arena Stage parking is on the left when facing the two garage entrances. After you park, proceed to the elevator lobby. Select “C” for Concourse in the elevator. Go left as you exit the elevator, and then take a right at the Optometrist’s office. The theater will be a few paces ahead on your right.
Please allow enough time to find parking. Performances begin promptly. Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate break in the play or may be seated in the rear. Please observe parking restrictions. Arena Stage is not responsible for the condition of parking meters on neighborhood streets.
When exiting the Arena Stage parking garage, please use the 18th and both of the 20th Street exits to avoid extended wait times.
For patrons attending Tuesday and Wednesday
matinees, the Marriott hotel offers parking at a
discounted rate of $10. You can enter their hotel
parking garage from 20th Street or S. Bell Street.
You must show your Arena Stage ticket stub from that
day's performance upon exiting the parking garage.
